Insert CD problems [Archive]

Hi,

I bought and downloaded the game on www.trygames.com so there's no CD but its legal.

Everthing works fine except on wormsNet, when I try to join a game, it ask me to insert the CD...

Does anyone know what can I do?

buy a CD version, the TryMedia version is uhm... f*cked up.

Basically, you cannot patch the TryMedia version, because it doesn't work with the new Beta patches (and that's TryMedia's problem, not Team17's, unfortunately).

The best thing to do is to get a refund from TryMedia and buy the CD/DVD version from the Team17 Secure Online Shop (https://secure.team17.com) - £5.99 (including Worms 2!) plus shipping, which is usually quite reasonable, and often still cheaper than the TryMedia version.

I've got the SoldOut dual pack too, works fine and patch comes with it.
