I've always wondered if the other players hear the same voices (i.e is it downloaded like maps) or do they hear the default voice?

The voices are not downloaded. If you have a custom voice, only you will hear it. It doesn't make any difference if someone else has it too.

Wrong.
If the other player has put the speechbank in a folder with the exact same name, he will hear it too.

That's the reason why you should never change the original folder name of a speechbank when downloading or uploading.

The only thing I wonder is, if such a folder name is case sensitive or not.

Really? Didn't know that.

Of course, if your voicebank shares the same name as someonelse's voicebank, then each would hear their own custom bank being used by the other person.

For some strange reason, I've found that to be the most amusing thing I've read in the last 2 days and I've been reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
