no mission folder?

I've been trying to beat the missions, but they are pretty hard. so when I heard about the mission editor thing, I wanted to try it. but when I looked in the spot that the folder was supposed to be in, it wasn't there. should I make one? what should I put in it? thanks.

Have you downloaded the service pack from the above website? If so, just create the folder. If not, download the service pack.
