Hi,
I'm wanting to get either images or video of in-game WA action. Anyone done it before? I haven't heard of a shortcut key.
Even just static images would be great.
I have never tried print screen so I guessing it doesn't work. Look for something called "Fraps" this can take pictures and record movies of games and so forth
i'm pretty sure the pause/break key takes screenshots in-game. they get sent to your user folder, in the capture folder.

It's what I make all of my movies with...
Then I edit them using software, which, unfortuantely, I can't disclose the name to the public.

why can't you disclose the name of the software you use to the public? surely the makers of such software would love for you to pass along their name and the name of the software if you've had success using it.

Yeah sure, it was a joke!:D
It's MAGIX Music Maker 11 Silver.
You can actually do greenscreen with it, and I sucessfully made a movie where my bedroom flew down the M5.
What the heck? Does anybody EVER read readmes (http://wa.team17.com/main.html?page=supp&area=upda&file=16)?
As Run said, the pause/break key creates single screenshots that are saved in your ..\user\capture folder.
If you right click the .wagame replay file of the corresponding game you played (to be found in ..\user\games folder), you'll get an "export video" option, which saves a sequence of images (no audio) in a subfolder of your ..\user\capture folder.
You can easily create video files of that sequence with the open source tool virtual dub mod (http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net).
screen captures dont work in the menues.

Nemesis, just make sure you update your game properly first, then follow Bonz's advice. Many movies have been made this way.

Ah, you want to make a movie of the falling stars in the background?
