help again, i don't understand this "When you get over there and pick up the crate you will receive mines, don't cut off the jetpack and remember to be conservative with the jetpack fuel."

You only have that one jetpack. If you turn it off, you won't get back again.

Same way as you activated it, by pressing the space bar.
If you press the space bar, the jetpack will be deactivated.
Thus,...

...when on rope/bungee/parachute/jetpack you fire the weapons by pressing the enter key.
