can i host game with other port? i have got open only one by my admin of net - 6680.

Ask your admin to open the game ports for W:A as well. This saves a lot of time (and nerves).

he didnt want open this ports. he unlocked for all only one port 6680. can i use this port for host the game ?

No, you can't. The game is hardcoded to use port 17011 for incoming connections.
