View Full Version : Video Problems
I have WWP and it starts up fine, but once I try to start a game, all I get is audio and not video, and no its not my video drivers or card, I have a machine that can max out the latest FPS titles.. I just love Worms cause its so fun. If anyone can help me figure this problem out I would greatly appreciate it.

your machine may be too "new" to play wwp properly
wait for other people to post for more info.
if you are running microsoft office, web browsers, email applications, etc, this may cause this to happen.
close as many things as possible before playing... apply the sp1 for this game... downgrade your video drivers to a version compatable with this game (this shouldnt need to be done.)... etc.
haha too new, that sucks, i really wanna play it. well if this can help solve the problem, lately ive had it so that the screen is pink with a little white box in the center, its like that for like 10 sec then it goes back to black (i think its like that while its loading)
My machine is: AMD 4800+ X2 , 7800GT, 2GB of ram, so yeah its pretty advanced, if thats the problem... i dont feel like downgrading my drivers either, i need em for some games
Another program is most likely stealing the palette of WWP.
Try closing as much programs and processes as possible.
K i got it to work, i think it was steam
How do u jump tho?
enter, enter enter, backspace, backspace backspace, backspace backspace enter...
each of tho's key sequences perform a different jump.
yes but that does the same as enter enter doesnt it? i was only listing the different jumps... not multiple key strokes for the same type of jumps.
In that case, why did you list Enter-Enter and Backspace-Backspace-Enter which both do the same jump (With just a different animation) ?
they use a diff animation! dur dumbass... where as what lex posted uses the same jump AND animation.
What is it with Australians and insulting people for no reason?
it increases there post count ;)
