Long answer: Only PC and XBox Live (in some regions)

[Shrugs] I don't know. mabey it just didn't occour to them. because PS2 is an old console that can't connect to the internet mabey?

It can connect to the internet, some games have below the top: "With net play". I just guess it was too much hassle for them.
