If i update to 3.6.26.5_beta, then will my stats, like single player and training and deathmatch be erased? I want to play online, but for most matches, i cant. But i dont wan to lose my mission status

You won't. Update away.

If your emotional bond with the teams is strong, however, make sure to backup the \User\Teams\ folder. Or better yet, the whole \User\ directory.

The only known case of it happening was by me, when installing an older patch all my teams glitched out. They lost all their stats (including name), but you can still play with them!
