If I'm gonna make my own scheme with rope knocking in it, how do I turn rope knocking on?
its always on when playing online and when playing offline you only have to execute a file inside your game directory.
this is not an in-game option or a scheme setting.

its not always on online, it depends on which channel you play in, rope knocking is on in AG which is the most used channel.

Rope knocking only works in #AnythingGoes and #RopersHeaven. The file OfflineRopeKnocking_On.reg enables rope knocking offline, but not for Direct IP or LAN games.
