He didn't, Sel came when APJ was still around. I think his coming had something to do with his university IIRC, and when APJ left he just took over.

Anyway, good luck in whatever you do next Sel.

Although usermods can put people on 'Being Watched', but not permanently (and we've been able to do this for a little while)

on another note ThomasP, And AndrewTaylor can't really be head admins I mean One of them already has a job and the other is at a Uni...

I've been here since June of 2001 also yet I come along once in a blue moon cause since its my last year at regular school, almost going off to a Uni.
But I'm as old as veteran like most of you fellows...

I doubt the user mods' powers will be changing. To be honest, i don't really want to have the responsibility of banning people from the forum - removing their posts and temporarily watching them is enough.
