Problem from routers D-Link and Cerberus

I' ve question.
I use two routers, D-Link and Cerberus because I' ve internet from my brother [antenne]. I must unblock ports with two routers ??
I unblock five ports [17010, 17011, 17012, 6667, 80] just with router Cerberus and I can't host.

Could you please give us more information? Like

- operating system
- Do you have a firewall?
- accurate description of your network setup? (2 routers are very unusual)
- complete identifier of the routers
- what do you mean by unblock? open or forward or both?
