Help Please!

hi, i bought W2 and WA together in a 'Sold Out' Package for £5.00 and my W2 works fine but after installing WA, it loaded up fine but when i went to start a match it just came up with a black screen for ages and had to ctrl-alt-delte out of it. So i downloaded the patch from the official website thinking that would solve it but now i cant even load the game up, it comes up with this error when i try to start the game
