If you use Worms Armageddon, you can easily record games. Worms 2 is pretty-much outdated.

can u tell me how to get around the 30 seconds, and then how 2 use the program, (im not very smart), cuz im gunna make a little worms 2 movie, unless i can get the full worms armageddon for free

Ehrm, I can't think of any jurisdiction that doesn't deem this illegal.

Other suggestions:
Look for the money on the streets, around vending machines, in supermarkets, etc. etc.
I bet you can easily find the money needed for W:A incl. shipping in a several days.

Or you could panhandle. :)
