Configuration problem: HELP!

Hello everyone, here's my problem: I am from Argentina but the game says that I'm spanish. Maybe you think this is nothing but I find it really annoying. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks.

Go to your regional options into your control panel. Make sure country, time zone etc are correct.
