Problem with KBD?/slikworm

I find this file (Constipated Silkworm) at blamethepixel site, i download this but cant use , when i want open that i see this informations:

"Component 'comctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."

I search any informations whose can help me with my problem with rope fast using, i dont know why, when i play my rope not using thats fast laik i push the space. I push fast space, but rope was open realy slower, i thinking earlier then mayby i have a bad kayboard, but when i test my Tap pushing with one program
now i know then isnt problem with Kbd, so i will try use this Slikworm, but still dont know what he made.....................

First, download the "Required Files" from www.blamethepixel.com
Second, I'm not sure if CSilk works with the latest patches...

AFAIK, Constipated Silkworm doesn't have any cheat options.

Actually, it has only one useable, that's the uncontrollable fast space.
