Many Connection problems while online gaming

I often play Mayhem online with my girlfirend. We experience some problems, more of them in the last few days.
If one of us join the others game and try to get a play team there is some waiting time and we are thrown back to the lobby. This occurs 3 - 5 times, then it works to select a team. This is not comfortable, but a real problem is that often after starting a game it breaks down short after the start.
And those start problem we experience real often for some days now.
What could we do? Does another here have such problems?

I have the same problem when playing with a Kelster23.
Both of ours work for most matches, it's just when playing each other. And both of us have broadband. The only noticable thing that might affect it is that she lives in Canda, and I live in Ireland.

The only thing I can tell you is not to have any other people in the matches you have against each other.


And those start problem we experience real often for some days now.
