ok here is how it goes i got wa installed it and direct x6 and then i click any single player mode and the screen just goes black and stays black and internet connection says i need patch i got the patches but now when i click the wa icon the screen goes black and returns to windows but its appears really big then it just goes back to normal plz tell me wot to do i have reinstalled many times plz help me ASAP :(

Download Directx 9.0c, Directx 6 is really old now :) - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx

Download your latest graphics card drivers.

Also, try reinstalling WA and installing the patches properly ;) (you may have installed them the wrong way. Almost all people have sometime.)
