I have a linksys WRT54GSV4 router and to be able to host on worms, i must change the settings from DHCP to Static I.P. This works for only 1 day then im unable to connect to the internet at all, so i must change back to DHCP so the internet comes on then i have to change back to Static I.P again. How do i keep a static I.P forever and be able to connect to internet everyday ? help me please

Not the easiest question to read, but anyway.

The option is probably in your router settings. Start > Run > cmd.exe
Type ipconfig
Put the default gateway into the address bar of your internet browser (eg Internet Explorer).
This is the same for most routers (I think).
Seems like a dynamic IP to me. See [and read] www.no-IP.com for a permanent solution.

i downloaded that prog and have no idea how to use it.
here is what i thought would be right but it dont let me connect to internet, any ideas ?
