Wormnet Snooper Problem

When attempting to run "Wormnet Snooper", a window pops up saying, "Cannot locate ActiveX control to register". What do I do?

My System:
Windows ME
Pentium III
128 MB of RAM
56K Modem

Wormnet Snooper no longer works, and is not going to come back in its current form.

An ICQ plugin (or similar) may be looked at a little down the track.
