you're running XP with 256 megs of RAM? I'm surpirised it'll run WWP at all.

yeah, it runs without any lag tho, w:a works perfectly. wwp suck.
i run WWP on Xp with 224mb of ram and a 700mhz processor it runs flawlessly at 1024x768 ??? try pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and ending some of the unused processes.

the same problem ive got it cuts a lot of frames during the game.
Although my w:a works perfect only w:wp doen't.
I heard wwp is not fully compatible with the newest graphic cards.
Please help me if there is a solution for that.
it is most likely flickery/jittery due to it using an old game timer that doesnt work aswell as the new timer found in worms armageddon beta.

What video card are you using?

It's laptop, Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS.910GML Express chipset family.
You think abou older drivers for it? Don't know if there are much older than mines couse it's kinda new laptop...
It wouldn't help. WWP didn't benefit from WA performance improvements, so it's quite normal you experience better performance in WA.
The answer: Just play WA. It's much better with the updates.
i get this too my vidcard even shows me that its putting out "280" fps but it really feels like 25 fps, my comp has 1 gig ram 3500+ 64bit athlon and 9800pro videocard. And it doesn't only do that, at certain points the game freezes my keyboard for about a second so i cant press any button, not space, not page down, none of the F-keys. From the way it feels when i rope i associated the 2 problems.

play worms 2 and see if the problem persists there.... if yes then its a bug with the old timing issue most likely.
