Obviously, it's a great thing that Chuck season 4 will have 24 episodes (longest season yet!), but on the earlier episodes of this season (not 8 and 9, before them) the story line was very repetitive. To start with it was just them trying to find Chuck's mother (admittedly, that was true Chuck style fun), but then it got repetitive. Every Frost-based episode afterwards was "I'm a spy." "I'm a double agent." "I'm a triple agent" and then *spoiler alert* hey Chuck, you know the guy I said was my really inept MI6 handler? well, he's actually Alexei Volkoff, and I do work for him (at least as far as we know). This filled several episodes, and to me it seemed like they were just trying to fill the spaces of the 24 episodes.

I think I must agree. I suppose that this may mean that the season finale may be very very good!

Without a doubt! It will hopefully have a LOT of cliffhangers and awesomeness throughout.
